Pure batteries and batteries exceeding limits are highly prone to causing fires and are generally rejected by standard channels.
Common Examples:
Individually packaged lithium batteries, power banks (portable chargers), built-in battery products with power > 100Wh.

Involves biosafety and endangered species protection regulations.
